Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie (Pre-Op)

INGREDIENTS:
- Strawberries - 1/2 cup (72 grams)
- Blueberries - 1/3 cup (50 grams)
- Blackberries - 1/3 cup (48 grams)
- Raspberries - 1/3 cup (41 grams)
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 1 1/2 cup (360 grams)
- Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 2 tbsp (13 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 second to a minute to make sure it all breaks down thoroughly. Add the protein powder last to make sure it doesn't stick at the bottom of your blender. Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. Shake well before drinking. You can use either fresh or frozen berries if desired.
