Blueberry Almond Protein Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
- Rolled oats - 2 tbsp (12 grams)
 - Soy milk, unsweetened - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
 - Blueberries - 2 tbsp (20 grams)
 - Almond butter - 1 tbsp (16 grams)
 - Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the rolled oats, soy milk and blueberries to a medium-sized bowl and place it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Remove the bowl, mix, and microwave for another 45 seconds.
 - Remove from the microwave and mix in the almond butter and protein powder. Serve and enjoy!
 
*Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. Best eaten immediately.
