Chocolate Protein Oats

INGREDIENTS:
- Rolled oats, uncooked - 2 tbsp (12 grams)
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
- Pure maple syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)
- Raw cacao powder - 1 tsp (2 grams)
- Vanilla flavor protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the rolled oats and soy milk to a medium bowl and place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minute.
- Remove from the microwave and mix in the maple syrup, raw cacao powder, and protein powder.
- Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Once cooked, you may also blend the oatmeal in a food processor if desired.
