Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rolled oats, uncooked - 4 tbsp (24 grams)
  • Soy milk, uncsweetened - 5 tbsp (75 grams)
  • Banana - 1/4 medium (30 grams)
  • Raspberries - 3 tbsp (23 grams)
  • Raw cacao powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tsp (3 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the rolled oats and soy milk to a medium-sized bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute. 2. Add the banana and raspberries. Mash them and microwave for 1 more minute.
  2. Carefully remove from the microwave (will be hot) and mix in the cacao powder and hemp seeds. Enjoy!

**Note: Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. Store the leftover banana in the freezer to better preserve it. Banana and raspberries can be added frozen, you may just need to microwave it for an extra 20-30 seconds.
