Chocolate Raspberry Parfait

INGREDIENTS:

  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 3 oz (85 grams)
  • Raw cacao powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1/2 tbsp (6 grams)
  • Pure maple syrup - 1/2 tbsp (10 grams)
  • Raspberries - 1/3 cup (41 grams)
  • Almonds, sliced or chopped - 1/2 oz (14 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, raw cacao powder, chia seeds and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  2. Add the raspberries and almonds. Enjoy!

*Note: Stays fresh in refrigerator for 2 days.
