- Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 3 oz (85 grams)
- Raw cacao powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)
- Chia seeds - 1/2 tbsp (6 grams)
- Pure maple syrup - 1/2 tbsp (10 grams)
- Raspberries - 1/3 cup (41 grams)
- Almonds, sliced or chopped - 1/2 oz (14 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the Greek yogurt, raw cacao powder, chia seeds and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Add the raspberries and almonds. Enjoy!
