Classic Hummus

INGREDIENTS:
- Chickpeas, cooked - 1 1/2 cup (246 grams)
- Tahini - 2 tbsp (30 grams)(sesame seed paste)
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp (27 grams)
- Water - 4 tbsp (60 grams)
- Cumin, ground - 1/2 tsp
- Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Paprika, ground - 1/4 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Drain the chickpeas but do not rinse them.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor (not a blender) and mix until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
