INGREDIENTS:

  • Olive oil - 1 tsp (5 grams)
  • Ground turkey, 90%+ lean, uncooked - 300 grams
  • Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper, ground - 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-9 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
