Ground Turkey with Boiled Carrots

INGREDIENTS:
- Carrot - 1 medium (80 grams)
- Olive oil - 1 tsp (5 grams)
- Ground turkey, 90%+ lean, uncooked - 300 grams
- Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel and chop the carrot. Boil in a pot with enough water to cover the carrots for about 12 minutes or until very soft.
- Place a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-9 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
