Healthy Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
- iRaw cacao powder - 2 1/2 tbsp (14 grams)
- Medjool dates, pittes (without seed) - 2-3 medium (48 grams)
- Avocado, ripe - 1 small-medium (100 grams)
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
- Hemp seeds - 1 tbsp (9 grams)
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add everything to a food processor. Make sure to pit or remove the seeds from the dates. Blend until smooth (no chunks). You may need to scoop down the mixture once or twice in between to ensure it blends properly.
- Serve and enjoy!
