Honey Garlic Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
- Salmon, uncooked - 220 grams
- Honey, raw and unfiltered - 2 tsp (14 grams)
- Garlic clove, grated - 1 medium (4 grams)
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper, ground - 1/8 tsp
- Broccoli, raw - 1 cup (100 grams)
- Peas, frozen - 1 cup (134 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre heat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the salmon fillets. Coat with the honey, grated garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Place in the oven for 17-20 minutes.
- Lightly steam the broccoli and peas. Serve with the cooked salmon. Enjoy!
