Honey Garlic Salmon (Pre-Op)

INGREDIENTS:
- Salmon, skinless, uncooked - 240 grams or 8.5 oz
- Honey, raw and unfiltered - 2 tsp (14 frams)
- Garlic clove, grated - 1 medium (4 grams or 1 tsp minced garlic)
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper, ground - 1/8 tsp
- Broccoli, raw - 2 cup (200 grams)
- Peas - 2 cup (268 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre heat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the salmon fillets. Coat with the agave syrup, grated garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Place in the oven for 17-20 minutes.
- Lightly steam the broccoli and peas. Serve with the cooked salmon. Enjoy!
