Hummus & Veggie Sticks

INGREDIENTS FOR HUMMUS:
- Chickpeas, cooked - 3/4 cup (123 grams)
- Tahini (ground sesame seed paste) - 1 tbsp (15 grams)(click here for a good one)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp (14 grams)
- Water - 1 tbsp (15 grams)
- Lemon, juice only - 1/4 medium (12 grams)
- Cumin, ground - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Paprika, ground - 1/8 tsp
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
VEGGIES OF CHOICE:
- Celery
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Sugar snap peas
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Drain the chickpeas but do not rinse them.
- Add all the hummus ingredients to a food processor (not a blender) and mix until creamy.
- Serve 1 ounce of hummus with 2 ounces of your veggie of choice. Enjoy!
*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Hummus stays fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
