Iced Coffee Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
- Espresso or strong coffee (frozen) - 2 oz (57 grams)
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 3/4 cup (180 grams)
- Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
- Unflavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)(can replace with more vanilla-flavored powder if desired or for a stronger vanilla coffee flavor)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Freeze espresso or strong coffee overnight in an ice cube tray.
- Mix iced coffee cubes, soy milk, and the protein powders in a blender. Mix until properly blended.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: Freezing the espresso/coffee beforehand will be a huge time saver for your morning routine. If using normal ice cubes, the coffee will eventually be diluted with water and may affect the flavor.
