Iced Coffee Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • Espresso or strong coffee (frozen) - 2 oz (57 grams)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 3/4 cup (180 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
  • Unflavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)(can replace with more vanilla-flavored powder if desired or for a stronger vanilla coffee flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Freeze espresso or strong coffee overnight in an ice cube tray.
  2. Mix iced coffee cubes, soy milk, and the protein powders in a blender. Mix until properly blended.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Note: Freezing the espresso/coffee beforehand will be a huge time saver for your morning routine. If using normal ice cubes, the coffee will eventually be diluted with water and may affect the flavor.
