Mashed Potatoes and Peas

INGREDIENTS:
- White potato - 1 small (120 grams)
- Peas, frozen - 3/4 cup (101 grams)
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- Unflavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel and chop the potato. Fill a small pot halfway with water, add the potato and bring to a boil. Boil for 12-13 minutes or until the potato is easily broken with a fork. Drain the water and turn off the heat when done.
- Unfreeze the peas in the microwave or by lightly boiling them in a bit of water.
- Add the cooked potatoes, peas, sea salt, and protein powder to a food processor and blend until fully broken down and well combined. Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Divide equally by the listed number of servings. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
