Mediterranean Chicken and Hummus Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

  • Flour tortilla - 1 medium (40 grams)
  • Hummus - 1 1/2 tbsp (30 grams)
  • Chicken, rotisserie, cooked, light and dark meat combined - 2 oz (60 grams)
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 oz (15 grams)
  • Sundried tomatoes, drained - 1/2 oz (15 grams)
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped - 1 small handful (10 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place a pan over medium heat. Fry the tortilla lightly on both sides (about 30 seconds on each side).
  2. Remove the tortilla from the pan and add the hummus to the tortilla. Spread out the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Shred the rotisserie chicken into smaller pieces and add to the tortilla. Crumble the feta cheese, chop the lettuce and finely chop the sundried tomatoes. Add everything to the tortilla and spread out evenly.
  4. Roll the tortilla into a tight wrap. If needed, add a toothpick for stability. Serve and enjoy!
