No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
- Peanut butter - 4 tbsp (64 grams)
- Pure maple syrup - 2 tbsp (40 grams)
- Chia seeds - 1/2 tbsp (6 grams)
- Rolled oats, uncooked - 1/2 cup (48 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Use a spoon to press and spread out the peanut butter to get it mixed with the oats.
- Time to get dirty! Divide the mixture by the number of servings and use your hands to form cookie- shaped discs. Place in a topper or small baking sheet (do not stack or they will stick). Repeat until you finish the mixture.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
