Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 3/4 cup (180 grams)
- Peanut butter - 2 tbsp (32 grams)
- Raw cacao powder - 1 tbsp (6 grams)
- Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
- Pure maple syrup - 1/2 tbsp (10 grams)
- Sea salt - 1/8 tsp (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix everything in the blender for about 30 seconds to make sure everything gets mixed properly. Add the soy milk first to avoid all the powders getting stuck at the bottom of your blender. Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Always add the liquids first to prevent the powders from getting stuck at the bottom of your blender. Feel free to add an extra tbsp or two of water to reduce the thickness of the drink. Refrigerate when not drinking. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 day. Shake well before drinking.
