- Pure maple syrup - 1 tsp (7 grams)
- Raw cacao powder - 1 tsp (2 grams)
- Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tbsp (3 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the rolled oats and soy milk to a medium-sized bowl and place it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Remove the bowl, mix gently and microwave for another 45 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and mix in the almond butter, maple syrup, cacao powder, and protein powder. Serve and enjoy!
*Note: Once cooked, you may also blend the oatmeal in a food processor if desired. We find that using vanilla-flavored protein powder and cacao powder tastes better than simply using chocolate protein powder but you're also welcome to use it.
