Strawberry Chia Greek Yogurt

  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 2 1/2 oz (71 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp (4 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1 tsp (2 grams)(for our favorite brand click here)
  • Almond butter - 1 tbsp (16 grams)
  • Strawberries, fresh - 2 1/2 oz (71 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds, protein powder, and almond butter. Serve with sliced or chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
