- Chia seeds - 1 tsp (4 grams)

- Almond butter - 1 tbsp (16 grams)
- Strawberries, fresh - 2 1/2 oz (71 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds, protein powder, and almond butter. Serve with sliced or chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
