  • Greek yogurt, non-fat, plain - 1 oz (28 grams)
  • Chia seeds - 1/2 tsp (2 grams)
  • Vanilla-flavored protein powder - 1/2 tsp (1 gram)(for our favorite one click here)
  • Strawberries, fresh - 1 oz (28 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds and protein powder. Serve with sliced or chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
