Josefin is a proud co-founder along with Sergio, and focuses on developing the tastiest gastric sleeve-friendly recipes. Josefin is actively experimenting in the kitchen with new foods. She collaborates with the rest of the team to help customize recipes individually for each patient, taking into consideration both nutrition requirements and taste preferences.
Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Josefin started developing her passion for cooking at an early age. From playing in the kitchen as a child to now creating her own recipes, she has always showed tremendous enthusiasm for cooking.
Her goal is to create easy to follow recipes for everyone to be able to enjoy delicious food without compromising their health. Josefin's mission is to help people transition into a healthier lifestyle to improve their well being and be able to enjoy life at its fullest.
