Here you can find the best snack ideas for gastric sleeve patients that are fully recovered from their surgery. We recommend eating 3 snacks per day, one between breakfast and lunch, another between lunch and dinner, and the last one after dinner.
We include several foods in their recommended serving sizes, complete recipes, and some recommended products. We suggest picking 1 fruit snack and 1 high-protein snack, with the remaining snack varying depending on your nutrition needs for the day. Enjoy!
